This is the business end of the site. From here you need have a look through the range of proposal forms – Pick the form that best reflects your occupation and complete it.

If you don’t see your occupation listed, no problem: just download the Miscellaneous proposal and complete it. In most cases this will provide us with sufficient information.

Note: if the form advises you to provide additional information please do so as it makes quote turnaround much quicker.

Other things to note:

• Be sure you complete the form fully.
• Answer all the questions. If a questions doesn’t apply write in N/A.
• Be sure you give your complete occupation.
• When the form asks you about fee income you need put in an estimate, even if a start up business.
• The forms ask you in some cases for breakdown in type of work: this is important.
• Make sure you disclose all material facts in particular any claims or potential claims.
